Elizabeth has been teaching physics for the last six years, and has taught General Physics, Accelerated Physics and AP Physics 1. In addition to teaching Physics, she have also taught a variety of levels of Biology, Chemistry, and Astronomy. She is currently teaching at a public school in the Stateline. Elizabeth's teaching philosophy is constantly evolving, grounded in principles of active learning, modeling, and problem solving. Her teaching philosophy is driven by her interest in incorporating scientific practices that will promote inquiry, challenge students to become critical thinkers, and help students make sense and develop an understanding of physics in their daily world.
