Beginning her professional journey in the computer industry, Paulette honed her skills over 15 years at esteemed organizations such as GEC Avionics, PG&E, and Barclays Bank. During this tenure, she played pivotal roles in developing software for critical systems, including radar analysis, gas pipeline storage, and securities lending, showcasing her proficiency in technology and data management.

Transitioning to the field of education, Paulette's impact has been profound. She spearheaded a groundbreaking summer computer science enrichment program at a large selective enrollment public high school in Chicago, providing students with invaluable hands-on coding experiences. Beyond the classroom, she advocates for diversity in STEM fields, serving as an Instructor for the Girls Who Code Summer Immersive Program and as an advocate in the American Physical Society's STEPUP Physics Together program.
